Founded in September 2019, SILLAGE ASSOCIATION is a young association whose vocation is to support African youth to become the future of tomorrow. It is a non-profit, politically neutral and denominationally independent association based in Montreux, Switzerland. SILLAGE ASSOCIATION undertakes actions to promote access to education for young people. It has a branch in Montreux and a branch in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. It carries out collections and distributions of clothing or foodstuffs, and various solidarity, economic and social actions.
The original objective of SILLAGE ASSOCIATION is to build a day care facility near Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo (construction and opening planned for the first and second quarters of 2021) to support young girl mothers through medical follow-up. social, and formative. This social, medico-social and secure space will allow adolescent girls to acquire skills to earn a living with dignity without risking violence. It will allow benevolent accompaniment over the duration of the young girls, to follow their paths, their desires, and to help find the means of their autonomy (personal, economic and social).
